I’m a licensed marriage & family therapist in both California and Florida. Over the last 25 years, I have helped my clients improve their lives and become the best version of themselves. By utilizing various therapy techniques, I increase my clients confidence, personal strengths, self esteem, resilience, as well as strengthen their relationships .
My style of therapy is warm and personal. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while building a strong trustworthy rapport. Together, we will come up with goals and solutions that are going to work best for you, so that you can overcome the personal hurdles which are stopping you from achieving what you want and desire.
